Energyplex operates six days a week, staying open late on Fridays and Saturdays. While youth navigate the climbing walls and obstacle courses, adults can supervise from designated seating areas, which include a licensed bar serving beverages and snacks.

The venue accommodates drop-in visits alongside organized group events. Guests must complete waivers before participating in the physical activities, and grip socks are required for the trampoline zones.
