Before it was the pub, it was the station.
The Train Station Pub, housed in a historic 1926 building, is a downtown Kelowna favourite known for its hearty pub fare, craft beer, Okanagan wine, and a vibrant patio.
Built in 1926, the Canadian National Railway station connected Kelowna to the provincial and national rail network and helped shift the city’s industrial life north toward the rail yards. The tracks are gone, but the station remains one of the city’s most recognizable historic buildings: fieldstone, stucco, brick and timber under a sweeping roofline. The Train Station Pub has called it home for 15 years. A 2025 renovation refreshed the interior while keeping the station’s character, and in 2026 the building turns 100. Come for breakfast, a long lunch, game day or a pint on the dog-friendly patio.
