About Myra Canyon Trestles (Kettle Valley Rail Trail)
The Myra Canyon section of the Kettle Valley Rail Trail, in Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, crosses 18 trestles (16 wooden trestles and 2 steel bridges) and runs through 2 tunnels above the canyon.
Most people ride from Myra Station to Ruth Station: about 12 km each way, or 24 km return, on a wide gravel rail grade with a gentle slope. Walkers use the trail too, so ride at an easy pace on the trestles.
To reach Myra Station, take McCulloch Road to Myra Forest Service Road and follow the gravel road about 8 km to the main parking lot, which has about 75 spots. Bike rentals and tours run from the Myra Station lot.
