This architectural approach protects the delicate fruit, with a primary focus on Pinot Noir and aromatic white varietals that thrive in this cooler microclimate.

The tasting room at 50th Parallel Estate Winery serves as the focal point for sampling these estate-grown wines. Large windows look out toward the water, providing a clean backdrop that mirrors the minimalist concrete design of the cellar. Visitors can drop in daily starting at 11:00 AM to sample the current portfolio, with doors remaining open until 7:00 PM most nights of the week, except for slightly earlier closures on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
