The production facility focuses heavily on traditional method sparkling wines, taking advantage of the cooler microclimate of this specific lakeshore bend. Visitors arrive for tastings in a modern building that looks out over the water. The onsite liquor store and gift shop sell bottles to go, while the restaurant serves meals paired with the current vintage.
The tasting room opens daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Guests often stop in while travelling between the central and southern wine regions of the valley.
