Glen Canyon Regional Park

The main trail at Glen Canyon Regional Park follows the deep ravine carved by Powers Creek. Hikers navigate a series of wooden staircases and sturdy bridges that cross back and forth over the water. The path climbs steadily through dense coniferous forest, offering clear sightlines down to the creek bed and several small waterfalls.

Access to the lower trailhead begins on Gellatly Road South in West Kelowna. The terrain varies from flat, packed dirt sections near the entrance to steep, uneven inclines further up the canyon that require sturdy footwear. During the spring runoff, the creek swells significantly, increasing the volume of the falls.
